How to Choose the Right Video Wall
Pitch vs. Viewing Distance
Pitch (in mm) is the distance between LED diodes. The smaller the pitch, the finer the image — but also the higher the cost. Basic rule:
Viewing distance [m] ≈ Pitch [mm]
3 m space → P2–P3 | 6 m hall → P3–P4 | 10 m+ large space → P4–P6
Resolution and Wall Size
A larger wall with a coarser pitch may have lower resolution than a smaller wall with a fine pitch. We design so the image looks clean from the typical viewing distance in your space.
Service Access
Important but often overlooked. We design panels so that a module can be replaced from the front without demolition work.

How do I choose the right pitch for a video wall?
Pitch (distance between LED diodes in mm) determines image sharpness. Basic rule: viewing distance in metres ≈ pitch in mm. For a 3 m deep room, pitch P2–P3 is suitable. For a large hall of 10 m or more, P4–P6 suffices. The correct recommendation depends on wall size, content and space — we always consult on-site or based on plans.
Can a video wall be divided into multiple zones with different content?
Yes. Content can be divided into independent zones — for example brand on the left, product in the centre and an information panel on the right. Each zone has its own playlist and scheduling. Zones can be configured and changed in the CMS without any physical work on the wall.
Is 24/7 operation possible?
Yes. We select professional LED components with a lifespan of 50,000–100,000 hours and set up remote monitoring. For critical installations (bank lobby, hotel) we offer a service plan with guaranteed response time and availability of replacement modules.
What does turnkey delivery include?
